"Hotel.com與飯店間的系統似乎是有問題的，此次訂房過程並不順利，飯店沒有收到訂單，是現場服務人員協助完成，服務人員樂意解決問題。 位置就在甪直古鎮遊客中心對街，大樓內有其他的娛樂場所所以在房間會受到聲音影像，不確定是不是每間房都如此，訂房時可以先詢問一下。 早餐另行付費每人20元，房間內的盥洗跟物品都很充足，也有自助洗衣的空間。"

"We stayed in a twin room. The beds were comfortable and had 2 choices of pillows. I believe the room didn't have a screen, so we had to use the air but needed to air it out when we arrived. The AC worked well. The place is in need of sprucing up in the hallway but it wasn't bad. There was a stink coming from the floor drain in the bathroom, but this is quite common in china, not much the hotel can do about it if the plumbing was not designed properly. There wasn't alot of restaurants...
