"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"Good location, close to shopping areas and the centre, and the starting point for your buses is near. Breakfast isn’t very good, consists only of pastries and instant coffee. The hotel kept cancelling my bookings because my card was blocking international transactions and I had to pay before checking in, which I found a bit weird considering I saw people paying for their stay after check out but I give them the benefit of the doubt.
