The staff were very helpful, we asked for extra pillows a chair and hangers and got them, and as they were quiet we were able to delay our check out time to midday Room was on 2nd floor and there was no lift. The room was fine, get what you pay for...would highly recommend binging ear plugs as the walls are very thin, and although there was a small balcony it felt like there was a lack of outdoor space, or space to hang out.
