"Séjour réservé pour fêter mon anniversaire en famille dans une chambre studio avec une vue lac, malheureusement la chambre attribuée était au rdc et n’avait pas de vue lac donc après une réclamation auprès de l’accueil, ils nous a été attribué une chambre avec vue lac dans l étage supérieur par le team manager, qui nous a offert un voucher pour 4 personnes pour un verre. Par ailleurs a notre arrivée il n’y avait pas non plus de disponibilité pour dîner au restaurant alors que nous passions la...
"Overall understaffed.
The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff.
Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night.
The shower door of my room was broken.
The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff.

"A beautiful chateau in the Ardennes, about 25 minutes from Spa. The location is beautiful, the hosts are fantastic, and the accommodations are nice.
We found it to be in a very good location to explore. I highly recommend it. We will return when we are in the area again. "

Thankful I decided to spend the extra few dollars to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Having the doors open at night and in the morning was lovely as was walking out on the balcony and seeing the entrance to Spa right there. Food and drinks were also good at the bar/restaurant. "

The decor is so classy, the beds are so comfortable and the layout is sleek and modern. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the breakfast is hearty and plentiful.
