"The rental property isn’t a townhouse as advertised, but an apartment on the first floor of the building. Furthermore, the entrance to this apartment is located in an alley next to the building near several trash bins… The apartment itself wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival (dirty carpets and dust in several areas).
