"The location was ideal, close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived"

"Experience was fair, would like to highlight:
(1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim;
(2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage;
(3) Hotel was surrounded by construction;
(4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety.

"Beautiful, well managed hotel with very service minded staff. A little bit offside from the busy Nah Trang city centre, but if you are looking for accommodation with peace and quiet this is it. Full size gym, big pool and a couple of minutes to the beach. I felt right at home."
