"The floor are dirty. We put the bath towel at the bathroom door way to dry our feet because the bath floor is flooded after the shower. Interesting part is they charged us $50.000 VND for cleaning the towel or disposal it. Second the waiting area is hot, I don’t feel any air conditioning. Third the safety box is not working and the outlet in the bathroom will not work for the hair dry. We did not complaint because we only stay for 1 night.
