The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. The reception area is very nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was great for us, walking distance to most things/places we wanted to see. The room was so spacious, clean and had all we needed, apart from the knives were a bit blunt! but we managed.

The week between Christmas and New Years is WAY TOO CROWDED and I would never go back during that week. This was my second visit to Brussels, and it's a great city and an excellent jumping off point for other European cities.

Getting around Belgium is very easy & for someone from CA, nothing is all that far away. Brussells is a place full of history & beautiful architechture, breweries & little cafes. I found the people to be friendly & very accepting of foreigners.
