"Overall satisfied and it felt like home"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, walking distance to lots of dining options. Nice pool and really great staff. Only one complaint; during breakfast I listened to a woman scream at the staff for several minutes. She just kept going. I thought it was a rude tourist but it turned out to be a supervisor. Stopped eating breakfast there afterwards."

"The cleaning staff were very courteous."

"Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔"

"The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service"

"I love the time with friends , but workers there mean and not nice, I didn’t have a good experience there.. whey have a 4 restaurants and you can’t get a reservation because restaurants close.. buffet was of but food open in room temperature, cocktails was like water never get drunk ;) less ice more alcohol;)"

Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others."

I was there in the beginning of October and not...

The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...
