"Very pleasant hotel, it shows that the management is trying to provide a good experience. The A/C unit was defective, is still summer, I requested twice maintenance. They came, looked at it, declared it defective, and I got the I'll be back later, and nothing happened. Otherwise a very pleasant place."

"We had a single queen room. It was modern but a little tight for 2 suitcases. The lobby and check-in desks are on the 2nd floor which wasn't immediately clear to us when we arrived. The location is a 7-15 minute walk for many Mayo appointments. Parking was $16/day but very convenient if added during check-in. Based on my experience this is the same price you'd pay at any other garages downtown. Had a gym. No pool. There was a nice looking restaurant right off of the lobby where you could order meals and room service from."
