"Exceptional Stay in Gdańsk! We had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Gdańsk Stare Miasto. The location is perfect—an easy walk from the main train station, cafes and shops near by, and just a short stroll into the historic Old Town. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed alongside excellent facilities. What made our stay truly memorable, though, was the service; the staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean and the stuff friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect with access to city center. Hotel is located right between to water ways so it is beautiful location. Few drunk people around bragging for money. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find if you’re driving as there is a gate you need to press button to open with no big signs. So hard to figure out out how to check inn. Good for a drunk guy that was trying to help out figuring it out to make a $$ for a beer. Parking pretty expensive but convenient."

"The building was modern and the check in process was easy. The gym was nice too. The two main issues were: The room did not have a TV and the breakfast was left in a takeaway bag in front of the door. They did not ask for my meal choice and I really did not like the cheesy sandwich with lots of onions. I definitely would not have paid for that breakfast if I knew!"

"Great hotel, very clean and spacious room. The hotel was in a fantastic location in the old town and an easy journey by tram and a few minutes walk to the main station. We were able to leave our bags to make the most of our last day and the staff were all polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"I really liked the location to the Old Town and the River Boat trips.I loved the space, the room with a lounge/dining/kitchenette/ bedroom, and the generous shower room. There were TVs in the lounge and the bedroom. There were no dishes or cutlery, but it suited us to have coffee, yoghurt, etc., and there was a good-sized fridge and microwave. It was also nice one night to have a carry-out from Patathai and sit at the table and relax. The Radisson is surrounded by a great choice of Restaurants. We travelled as a couple, but it would be suitable if you had a child, as the sofa was a sofa bed. I was confused by Expedia's site, as it said "with breakfast," but when I paid, they said I had to choose it. We ended up with Spa access that you had to book, but we never used it. I would rather have had breakfast included. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I did, however, have reflexology and a Thai massage, which was worth every penny. The therapist was amazing. Olga booked us in; she was friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the space in the studio apartment, and that the windows open if you don't want to use the air-conditioning. Viktora had the room really clean and well looked after throughout our stay. The beds were really comfortable. I did like the separate duvets."
