The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. "This hotel is an excellent place to stay if you want to be away from the big city and enjoy the small town feel. The rooms are modern, clean, and the staff friendly. The parking situation was difficult to figure out and is limited to a handful of vehicles. The hotel has its own restaurant and there are three other restaurants around the square. We stayed during the month of June and the daytime high temperatures varied from around 65F to 75F during our stay. There was no air conditioning for our room, but the windows opened allowing for the cool night air. One day, construction started on a neighboring building just before 6:00AM and was very loud which woke me up. I do not recommend staying at this hotel in the middle of the summer unless you don't mind waiting until the late evening for the room to cool off."
