"Expensive for what you get,, pillows are terrible & the rooms are basic as it gets, good location & clean … 2 fobs allowed to obtain access to the gate for entry for 15 men which was very hard work considering we had 4 vehicles & people leaving at all different times… Far too expensive but the host was a nice fella & helpful so no complaints there"

"The accommodation is fantastic- all the amenities you would need. Car parking is easy, there is storage and cleaning areas for bikes- so perfect for any cyclist. The location is very close to Oudenaarde- so a great location. Highly recommend "

"My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. If a child where to sit up quickly i they would put a hole in their head. The one loft window in the room is low down and ridiculously easy for child to climb out of. The bathroom is basic. Almost unfinished. The bathroom draws had human hair in them. Retrospective investigation of their website shows the owner chooses to argue with complainants and not deal with issues. All up. A poor experience. So poor I packed my bags and left 30 minutes after arriving. Complete waste of money and borderline scam due to the missrepresentation of what you actually get."
