I had an issue finding my passport and rather than help me with a solution, they treated me like a prostitute as they have strict rules on identification. I am a businessman from New York. The staff here needs an immediate lesson in guest relations. Additionally, the hotel is in parque lleras next to the loudest bar in town. If you would like to sleep even a wink, do not stay here.
