"A beautiful and grand hotel that blew us away! The service was was top shelf and the room was massive! We couldn’t fault it at all! The room had a small Juliette balcony that overlooked the historic centrale station and there were hot tubs on the 8th floor that offered amazing views if the city and port, Breakfast was also another highlight! Easily the best Italian hotel we have ever stayed at!"

Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, excellent service, large comfortable rooms with wonderful beddings, location superb, breakfast wonderful, front desk amazing, pretty Giada checked us in! We loved our stay we would give you 6 stars and would return in a heartbeat! We had a great time in Genoa and our stay in Bristol Palace was the highlight! Thank you for running a great hotel!"

"Everywhere was clean and tidy with staff working hard to maintain this. Our room was a good size , as was the bathroom and we has a beautiful view. Plenty of choice at breakfast; the women who manage breakfast are amazing and very well organised all with a smile on their faces. The pool area is tranquil and calm - plenty of beds available when we stayed. Thank you for a lovely stay"
