Villa LU accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private swimming pool. The villa is located in the small village of Prkačini, near Žminj.The interior is decorated in a modern style and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests have three bedrooms with TVs and three bathrooms at their disposal, while an additional sofa bed is available in the living room. On the first floor, there is a balcony offering views of the surrounding countryside. The property is fully enclosed.Located between three charming medieval towns – Žminj, Svetvinčenat and Kanfanar – Villa LU is the perfect base for exploring the most beautiful parts of Istria. The surrounding area offers stunning landscapes, ideal for cycling and walking. We especially recommend visiting the newly renovated Morosini-Grimani Castle in nearby Svetvinčenat, which offers entertainment for all generations.Most of Istria’s well-known towns are just 20 to 30 minutes away by car, making Villa LU an excellent base for exploring the region.
