We enjoyed our 4 night stay immensely. This is a jewel of a place. We had an oceanfront room on the second floor with a good sized balcony. Very well appointed room. The service was great, the people so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding, with great food and a large staff. It seemed like we had 4 or 5 people waiting on us. Grito and Angel were as good as any I have encountered. We had dinner there a couple of years ago, a referral from a friend who goes to Cabo often. We...

We loved our stay!!!

This resort just opened and it is luxury and service at its best. Modern, sleek, with excellent service. The resort dining was spectacular ~ the Café des Artistes menu was tempting, the signature drinks tasty, we opted to try the transitions price fixe course menu and it was wonderful. It was my husband's birthday, so the staff made it extra special at dessert time! The rooms are comfortable and well thought out, the beds comfy and the terrace was wonderful to start and end the day, sitting and...

10/10 in every way. If you need something, look over your shoulder and you will likely find it. If not, you will find a friendly staff member who will happily to help. The eclectic art is fantastic, and there are so many thoughtful and luxurious touches throughout the property. The whole place is a next level vibe. Loved it!

The property is on the older side, but it is very well maintained. The lobby had a nice bar with nightly entertainment. The pool was clean and fun to hang out in ( in part due to the swim up bar!). The pool furniture was in good shape. You could hang out at the beach also ( although the beach there is a shore break that isn’t safe to swim in most of the time). There were daily activities around the pool that were fun. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good. As an all inclusive,...

What’s to say? Service is impeccable. Food is amazing, and if you have any food allergies they are very accommodating. As a vegan, they were able to modify when needed. Multiple pools. Go to the one the furthest back. Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

The Hilton Azul is a fabulous property. Has everything and anything you can ask for. Only one disappointing problem. For a premier property, I can't believe they don't provide bottled water in the rooms. They admit the tap water in not approved for drinking, then why not provide water for their guests? Quite disappointing. BTW, they sell gallons and gallons of bottled water in their store. Spend the money, Hilton, and install a water filtration system.

The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.

Amazing service, consistently throughout the trip. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, gorgeous facilities. Best beachfront in San Jose del Cabo. And something most hotel reviewers don't often get to write: Kept every single guest calm, comfortable, and most importantly SAFE, during category 3 Hurricane Odile. This hotel, their management, and their staff, went so far above and beyond during the storm and in the days afterward, that words are not able to express my level of gratitude and amazement....

Beautiful property. Excellent food. Service was a less than expected by the pool bar.

The culture of the employees. From the front desk to the bar tenders. All friendly even during the rain storm.

Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

Great hotel, with amazing service and very good facilities but if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place - the "swimmable" beach is very small and full of rocks. Food is good but too expensive.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of...

Wonderful resort. We only stay at Club Solaris when we go to Cabo

The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. The 3 restaurants we visited were immaculate, had gourmet food & excellent wait staff.

This was the most amazing property I’ve ever been to for every reason. There was natural and architectural beauty, the rooms were amazing with huge ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a plunge pool. This is the first time I’ve actually spent quality time in my room. The food was fabulous and the service top notch everywhere. It’s an especially great place to stay during Covid since everything is outdoor. Wonderful…

I had an amazing time! The staff at this property were above and beyond. From the concierge, reception to the pool and restaurant staff were AMAZING. Erik was súper profesional and polite. The Villa room was super clean and spacious. The view from my balcony was incredible. Morning coffee watching the whales from my balcony. ♥️ The only thing, is that entertainment is nice, however, after 8:30sh to 9:00 pm is over, and nothing after 10pm. So, if you want to have more fun you will have to go out...

Resort is even better than it appears in the photos...how often does that happen? Lots of niceties like the free minibar (re-stocked daily), "treats" at the pool...fruit on a skewer, frozen fruit pops, soothing aloe treatment and sample cocktails!! No need to claim the "choice" lounge chairs at the pool early..there are plenty, all are choice. The staff is everywhere but somehow inconspicuous, accommodating in every way without leaving impression they are working for tips. The property is...
