  • The lovingly furnished, thatched house 'Villa Sandkorn' is idyllically situated, with a wonderful view over the backwaters and the nature reserve, opposite the newly created marina. This wonderful holiday home offers 7 people and a toddler comfortable vacation enjoyment in every season on approx. 115 sqm living space.
    On the ground floor is the living-dining area with underfloor heating, with leather sofas and a relaxing armchair, fireplace, TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and all imaginable accessories. The bedroom with TV on the ground floor has a direct exit to the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large, walk-in shower and a sauna. Upstairs is another large bedroom with a double bed and TV. The children's room has single beds and also a TV. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with window and shower. The garden is approximately 600 square meters and has a beach chair. All windows in the house have mosquito screens. The garden shed offers you the possibility of storing bicycles. WiFi is available

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war eigentlich nicht nötig, da alles vorbereitet ist. Kurze Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen Kind genug Platz für alle und Alles inkl. Hunden;-)

Das Haus und die Gegend ist sehr schön. Was nicht schön ist, ist die Tatsache, dass alles im Haus abgewohnt ist. Das untere Zimmer ist schlaftechnisch nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Lattenrost passt mit dem Bett nicht überein und jede auch so kleine Bewegung lässt das Bett dermaßen knarzen, dass man immer aufwacht. Vom Vormieter hingen auch noch Sachen im Schrank und saubergemacht war das Haus auch nicht. Der Strandkorb ist so wackelich, dass wir ihn gar nicht erst ausgepackt haben. Von drei Elektrogrills, ist einer komplett defekt, beim zweiten fliegt sofort der FI-Schalter raus und der dritte Grill geht gerade so, da der Griff nur noch an seiner Stelle festgeschraubt ist. Beim Einzug hatten wir im Haus überall Ameisen und konnten uns erst am Montag mit Mitteln helfen.Beim Sonnenschirm ist eine Rippe gbrochen und bei den Pfannen war nur eine zu gebrauchen. Der Rest war total zerkrazt und unbrauchbar.Ich könnte noch so wieter schreiben, aber was auch nicht geht ist, dass der angezeigte Preis, nicht der Endpreis ist. Bei fünf Personen kommen mit Betwäsche und Abgabe noch ienmal dreihundert Euro hinzu. Und ehrlich gesagt, dafür bekomme ich ein deutlich besseres Haus und besserer Ausstattung. Die Besitzerin hat sich zwar nach meinem Anruf bedankt, aber mehr ist nicht passiert. Ich hatte eher den Eindruck, dass ich gestört habe. Das Haus ist derzeit nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider nicht Gehalten was man erwartet hat

An diesem Haus kann man gut sehen was Passiert, wenn man Lange Zeit nicht renoviert und Kleiner Reparaturen durchführt. Viele Kleine defekt die es Schwer machen ein Besser Bewertung abzugeben. Die Dusche im EG befeuchtet alles, nur nicht denjenigen der Unter ihr Steht. (wurde schon im Jahre 2022 angemarkert) Zimmer teilweise ohne Funktionierende Rollos. Und Warum in einen 6 Bettenhaus nur 3 Kaffeelöffel weiß ich nicht. Mein Tipp. In der Siedlung gibt es bessere Häuer auch bei FEWO.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Bis auf die Kommunikation bei Rückfragen vorab, alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Tolle Lage, viel Freiraum und Platz im Haus. Die Sauna war super, hier geht nur das Licht nicht in der Sauna. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Familie Schmidt als „Hausdame“ war super freundlich.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Ein schönes Haus, praktisch, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet in einer kleinen Siedlung gleichartiger Häuser. Die Lage unmittelbar an der Straße wurde nicht als störend empfunden, denn das Grundstück war an der Seite von hohen Sommerfliedersträuchern geschützt

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage im Objekt selbst, ist toll, allerdings direkt an der Straße. Das ist nur Nachts ein Problem, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Leider war die Waschmaschine defekt, und das Problem konnte erst nach mehrf. Nachhaken und erst 3 Tage vor Abreise, geklärt werden. Alles in allem durchaus zu empfehlen.

Schönes großes Haus, gut für Familie geeignet. Gut Ausstattung, aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten erneut werden. Aussenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Im großen und ganzen trotzdem ein gutes Ferienhaus.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Und haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet / ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für uns optimal. Richtig praktisch war vor allem, dass zwei Bäder vorhanden waren bei 4 Erwachsenen plus Kleinkind. Die Lage traumhaft. Ruhig, alles rundherum sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, welche wir nicht so schön fanden, die wir aber der Vermieterin mitgeteilt haben und diese sich ganz freundlich bedankt hat für die Hinweise. Dennoch absolut zu empfehlen. Wir planen bereits im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen!

rundum zu empfehlen

… wir waren in Familie zu Gast und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist an einer Ortszugangsstraße, recht weit vom Strand entfernt, dafür dicht zum Deich gelegen. Hier und da gibt es was zu erneuern, fällt aber nicht groß ins Gewicht. Dass die in der Überschrift genannten Fahrräder nun nicht zu finden waren hat uns auch nicht gestört. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können am Haus sehr gut untergebracht werden. Sehr einfacher Checkin und Checkout war ebenfalls inklusive

Perfekter Urlaub!!!

Schon bei der Buchung hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr rührig und hilfsbereit, die Hausdame Frau Schubert nicht minder!! ... Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum ... man öffnet die Haustüre und denkt ... zu Hause ... super sauber ... so was von liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ... Platz ohne Ende ... noch nie ein Feriehaus gemietet wo so viele Steckdosen vorhanden sind ;) ... die Küche ausgestattet a`la Chefkoch mit allem was man braucht ... die große Terrasse mit genialem Ausblick auf`s Wasser läd wirklich zum verweilen ein ... auch die Hunde waren sehr zufrieden ... die Bäder sind beide sehr groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche und die Matratzen hätte ich am liebsten mit genommen :) Das Wetter hat mehr als mitgespielt ... Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt, wir würden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen :)

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren über Pfingsten in dem Ferienhaus in 3-Generationen-Familie inkl. Hunden. Das Haus und der Garten waren spitze. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, es war Platz für alle und die Umgebung bzw. Lage hat auch sehr gut gepasst. Wir können nichts bemängeln :)

Licht und Schatten.

Positiv die Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung. Nette Dame die für Check Inn und Out und Säuberung verantwortlich war. Negativ: laute Straße ab 5 Uhr. Vermieterin reagierte bis heute überhaupt nicht auf defektes Licht im Innenbereich und vorallem an der Haustür und dem defekten Fernseher, Duschbrause und Grill.
