"Uns hat es gut gefallen, haben aber auch nur etwas einfsches für einen Kurztripp gesucht. Für länger würde ich dann doch etwas anderes wählen aber um ein paar Tage mal nach zinnowitz zu fahren reicht es vollkommen. Im großen und ganzen war es auch sauber, außer der Balkon war etwas schmutzig, was aber sicherlich auch mit dem Wind im Herbst zu tun haben wird. Wir hatten alles vor ort was wir brauchten. "Pros: Wir verbrachten das 2. Jahr unseren Urlaub bei Frau Zehe, es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in unserer Wohnung Günther. Die liebe und nette Art von Frau Zehe ist wunderbar. Immer hat sie für jeden ein Wort übrig. Die Sauberkeit im Objekt ist bestens, auch die vielen wunderbaren Blumen im Vorgarten machen den Urlaub perfekt. Die Lage ist zum Einkaufen, am Abend zum Spaziergang und zum Baden perfekt, alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle im Jahr 2016 wieder ."

"Die Ferienwohnung hat ein sehr geräumiges Bad. In der kleinen Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Alles war so sauber und ordentlich, besser geht es nicht! Die Vermieterin ist täglich ansprechbar und sehr emphatisch ihren Gästen gegenüber, aber nicht aufdringlich, eine tolle Persönlichkeit! Hier kann man sich zu jeder Jahreszeit wohl fühlen!"

"Super sauber. Klein (war uns aber vorher bewusst). Schlafcouch nicht sonderlich bequem und muss bei einer 3 und 4 Personen Belegung sowohl als Schlafgelegenheit als auch als Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen dienen (eher ungünstig). Wohnung zur Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster gelegen, daher mit geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut. Sonst aber sehr gute Lage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen"

"Leider haben wir diese Wohnung in keinem guten Zustand angetroffen. Sie war nicht geputzt ( Haare, Staub, Spaghetti auf dem Boden), die Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt, das Sofa ist hart. Trotz dem Schmutz (an den Hausverwalter weitergegeben) mussten wir 80 Euro für die Endreinigung zahlen- soviel haben wir noch nie auf Usedom gezahlt. Und auch für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra zu berechnen ( und man bekommt auch hier nicht viel für sein Geld), ist für uns ungewöhnlich. Zudem mussten wir uns wegen einer Abnahme von Wasserproben morgens früh bereithalten. Das sollte man auch anders regeln. So werden wir nicht wiederkommen und können die Wohnung in diesem Zustand ( und ohne Sauberkeit , für die man viel zahlt) auch nicht empfehlen. Schade, denn die Aufteilung mit den 2 Schlafzimmern ist gut. Aber man muss nun mal ein bisschen "upkeep" betreiben und für einen besseren Putzdienst sorgen."
