"I am a light sleeper and worked up many times. The hotel room I stayed in was very noisy all night mainly from outside traffic noise."

"Property is beautiful. All amenities are either on site or a shuttle bus away (pool). There is no onsite washing machine but there is laundry service for a few. Restaurant food was amazing. All you can eat crab legs and sashimi for dinner. A little pricy but it would be the cost of any all you can eat. If you are a hotel guest then you get 10% off of restaurant prices. The First Lady coffee shop has been discontinued."

"This hotel claims to be a 5-star hotel, but it does not operate like one. Guests are not greeted when entering or leaving the hotel, and as a foreigner, it can be difficult to communicate with some of the staff. The room itself was okay, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear, including mold in the restroom and stained walls. The walls are also very thin, so you can clearly hear conversations from the guests next door. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star...

"We stayed in the Premier Suite which was very spacious, classically decorated with Chinese art and it included a massage chair that was so relaxing that l fell asleep. The gym, sauna, and pool were well maintained and made use of them almost daily. Breakfast had a good variety including vegetarian options. The Jut Museum is across the street for contemporary art and 10 walk to Fuxing S. Rd where there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed during the summer so the heat and humidity made...

"Perfect for our overnight before a morning flight from Songshan Airport, just two MRT stops away. Use entrance 2 across Nanjing E Road for elevator access for luggage. The hotel was peaceful and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the staff made us feel welcome."
