"An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their outstanding assistance made our trip perfect. Not only did they carefully guide us through the park, but they were also right there to solve literally every single problem or question we had during our stay. Furthermore, the fact that Chelsey and the rest of the staff spoke such excellent English made a world of difference for us. It immediately made us feel so much more comfortable and genuinely at home. If you want a flawless stay where the staff treats you like family and goes the extra mile, this is the place to be.
