"They use AI images on here, the dinner hall looks nothing like that. Also the pool never had enough water in so it couldn’t wash away the bugs that land in the water, so it was very dirty. We got put in a family room away from the hotel which meant we had to cross the road via a little tunnel and hill, the room itself was okay but the door was broken on one of the toilets, and they didn’t come to clean our room. "Breakfast same items every day ( few choices) and usually just warm. Coffee good. View from room very nice. Two bars one closed. The main problem was the exterior areas, pool and beach never once in 7 days were they cleaned, or tidied. Clothing and an ashtray on a pool lounger for whole of or stay. Steps and boardwalks never swept. Can’t comment on restaurant as we spent time in town as much as possible. Aircon, bathroom bed all good. Would not recommend."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and felt it offered good value for money. Both the view and the staff are its biggest asset. Staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We arrived late after the nearby Migros had closed, and although the chef had finished for the day, he kindly prepared us some snacks. It was such a thoughtful welcome after a long journey. We also asked to change rooms as we were hoping for a larger balcony and a better view, and the receptionist happily arranged...

"This is a centrally located hotel, close to shops, restaurants, the main bus station, the castle and the water. I reserved a double room but was given one with 2 single beds which wasn't ideal. Fortunately the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The ac worked well which was great because the weather was hot. The highlights were the buffet breakfast and the location. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be with limited English....
