"Arrived early and was able to early check. Very friendly and helpful reception."

"Cons: A bit hidden down and alleyway which can make it a bit tricky to access if you're carrying a lot of luggage and you'll have to walk out to the main street for pick up and drop offs. Despite having a shower door water is routed to run into the general washroom area which is a bit of an annoyance. Pros: the room was very spacious and very well kept with plenty of room for luggage. AC was strong and much appreciated and a lovely breakfast was provided. It was about a 10-15min walk to Ben...

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect, close to everything and within walking distance. We especially appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprise they prepared for us. It made our stay extra special! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful"

"The room could use a full length mirror and a place to sit that is not the bed, but otherwise it was fine. There was quite a lot of noise from the school next door in the morning, so I don't think it's a place you'll be able to sleep in late. The location was otherwise convenient, with a short walk to food, cafes, and siteseeing. There was also a free laundry room with free detergent which was very helpful in the middle of two weeks of travel, but keep in mind there was only one washer and dryer...

"Friendly staff, clean room and at a great location."

"The worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I stood an hour in a a scary alleyway with four carry on bags, because that's where google maps led me, and I tried to contact them to ask them where to go and they stopped responding. Can't recommend!"

"Breakfast is really good and many choices."

"I was very happy with this location and I would book again. It’s close enough to center but without the noise ."

"Kamer is heel schoon. Personeel is behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Alles is in de buurt."

"Comfortable hotel. Good location. Super friendly staff"

"the hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for guests staying for more than a week. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping malls, and major attractions. However, I experienced two issues during my stay. Initially, the air conditioning turned off whenever I left the room because the hotel provided only one key card. As a result, the room became very hot, and it took several hours to cool down...

"Clean room, nice staff"
