The layout is ideal: one bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor, and two bedrooms with en-suites on the upper floor. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.

The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with top-quality appliances. The open-plan kitchen with cooking island includes an induction hob with extractor, quooker, artisan mixer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, combi oven and separate oven, and a fridge with freezer compartment – everything you need for gourmet cooking. In the living room, a large flat-screen TV provides indoor entertainment.
