"DO NOT BOOK! SCAM! These people are scammers. The morning of my stay, I got an email from them saying they want tl charge me 200% of what I initially paid through Expedia on top of my initial payment. When I emailed them back and said that doesn't look right and I need some more information, they stopped responding and never sent me the access information to the property. Ever since, they've also refused to respond to Expedia's calls and emails. So I had to pay for another place too and I have...

"I liked the spacious rooms and the cleanliness"

"Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!"

"Bastante nuevo la habitación no estaba muy limpia y tuvimos que llamar para que nos trajeran toallas pero nos respondieron rapido"

"Clean high tech apartment in Coresi area in Brasov, a recently new build area, very modern. Free parking, good wifi, plenty of restaurants around, also an Auchan nearby."

"Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. My only complain is that they don't clean the rooms. They provide clean towels but they don't clean rooms. I'm not sure if all hotels do that, but I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff and sometimes it felt like nobody was working there, but it didn't...

"This was an excellent place to Stay! The manager was very helpful, rooms and surroundings were beautiful. I strongly recommend this place when staying in Brasov, good value for money!"

"Ett nytt och fräscht boende med egen pool samt tillgång till resortens SPA. Det som kan utvecklas är vandringsmöjligheter nära hotellet samt att vissa gymmaskiner inte var kompletta (behöver lagas)."

"Wonderful place to stay. The owner takes pride in her establishment and so she should. Her communication was wonderful from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Always happy making sure that the guests needs are met. Room was very clean and modern. There was a great covered seating area outside where guests can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the house. (It was great to sit with others in a group and meet new people.) Location was very handy, walkable to the old town but also directly on...

"The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it's within a short walk to the historical center. Parking was very easy in the designated spots right in front of the house. The host was very helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again."

"The main issue because of which I did not rate 5 stars was the lack of hot water (the water heater was not working, error code on display). The area looks kind of remote (new development) but is easy to go to downtown by car."
