"The hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Receptionists and concierge were always available and accommodating. The only thing is the turndown service. They come early and if we are in the room don’t bother coming back again. Never once in 4 days. Location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything. "

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel, which is advertised as a four-star property but falls far below even a two-star standard. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the rating is highly misleading. There is no proper lobby, no noticeable facilities, and none of the amenities you would expect from a genuine four-star hotel. The room itself was very plain and basic, lacking comfort, quality, and attention to detail. It did not meet even the minimum expectations for a hotel of this supposed category. Additionally, the photos shown online do not accurately represent the reality of the property—they are misleading and create false expectations. We are left wondering who rated this hotel and on what basis, as it clearly does not meet standard hotel classification criteria. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true four-star stay."
