Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

10/10 experience. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The hotel food was delicious and plentiful. The amenities— pools, gym, spa and spa water/fruit exceeded my expectations. Would definitely return.

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

The location is everything. Literally roof tops lounges restaurants and stores in your back yard. But our second night we saw 2 roaches in our room. This turned us off for the rest of our stay. Mystery stairs were on the curtains too.
