"Der Aufenthalt war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Schönes sauberes Zimmer, nette Gastgeber, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen und uns hilfreich zur Seite standen. Leider hat uns FEWO direkt im Vorfeld schon eine Gebühr für die Klimaanlage berechnet, obwohl wir sie gar nicht benutzt haben (112 Euro)!! Ist nicht in Ordnung und sollte erst vor Ort bezahlt werden bei tatsächlicher Nutzung. "

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Parkplatz auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Unsere Hunde durften sich im gesamten Grundstück frei bewegen und waren ebenfalls herzlich willkommen. Die Vermieterin spricht deutsch und ist für jede Frage offen. Der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück, waren sauber und gepflegt.Gerne wieder, liebe Sabine."

YES, you have to bring your own towels or buy them there. No directions on places to see/go/eat/shop (all conveniently nearby). Beds are thinly mattressed. But hey, it's a rental lake apartment...."

"Nun, bereits 3 oder 4 mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen, es hat sich nichts zu den Vorjahren geändert. Leider war es dieses Jahr recht kurzfristig als wir buchten, Sie wissen schon, Corona. Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind kein Thema. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht nicht mehr der Zeit. Als Schlafplatz ist es ganz ok, aber wehe es ist mal ein Regentag. Aber Entspannung zählte!"

"Der Urlaub bei Sabine und Jörg war fantastisch. Wir sind sehr Erholt und haben die Gastfreundschaft genossen. Das Haus und der Innenhof waren super. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool jeden Tag genossen und auch der Ort ist sehr schön. Zum baden empfehlen wir den Strand am Hafen in Balatonboglar. Ein Essen bei Maria (Taverne ) oder in Lelle bei Amigos sollte Pflicht sein. Vielen lieben Dank für Alles an Sabine und Jörg."

"4 of us spent 2 weeks at this apartment and overall we had a very good experience. Very clean, safe, spacious, well equipped with a very modern bathroom with washing machine. 20 mins walk to the Balaton and shops. Also in a very quiet location. 1 improvement suggestion would be the beds in all of the rooms, which were old fashioned and very hard which is not to everyone's liking. Finally the aircon usage was chargeable, which was not shown in the description when booking & the rate was too high."

"They've got western luxury correct, and if you're coming from North America, it's a much more comfortable choice compared to the other options in Zalacsany, which in many ways are still stuck in a Hungarian-style market/service/amenities. Know that you need to be a member to play golf - can't simply buy a round at any price. Comfortable, quiet, plenty of parking, and a wonderful restaurant and the breakfasts are equally superbly done. The swallows which have nested everywhere (cannot remove them under law in Hungary) are the most effective bug repellent I've ever known, and I would have loved to smuggle a mating pair back to Atlanta, GA (kidding). Great home base while visiting granny and kids/adults will have so many options to relax and play. I would secure the largest room possible if you're meeting family in the area and - honestly - host them as the kitchens are fully-equipped and some balconies are nearly the size of 1/2 a tennis court. The swallows will keep the bugs away all night long and they are not loud birds - your kids will love them. We were there when the Carpathian basin was experiencing 100+ degree F weather and their A/C units were more than up to the task. Only issue was that their bespoke polo shirts were 37,000 Ft. (over $100 dollars) which is outrageous unless your firm is picking up the bill. Highly recommended."
