"This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. "I don’t usually take the time to review my stays, but this is a must. As a traveler that booked a 5 start hotel, I am quite upset at the inaccuracy of this rating. "The Belvedere Gerakas Hotel was wonderful to stay in. It was our second stay at this hotel and our third to the island. We love the location of the hotel. It’s set in a quiet location surrounded by gardens and farmland but also within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches. My partner and I love the beaches so don’t spend much time at the pool.
