Sitting on a hillside and enjoying a uniquely relaxing view of the Ionian Sea, David’s Villas are two magnificent holiday homes, each with its own swimming pool, located in the authentic area of Vassilikos, Zakynthos.

The villas are designed for adults.

The villas are named Angela and Patricia, and can be rented separately or together. Each villa measures 50 square meters and has its own private swimming pool, furnished patio and BBQ.

From its private patio, Villa Patricia enjoys a breathtaking view of the surrounding groves and the sea. The villa offers a walk-in shower room, bedroom area with queen sized bed and a fully equipped kitchen (combined with the dining area) with large patio doors that lead to the spacious patio.

Among the numerous facilities and amenities, the following are included:

This was a fantastic place to stay. Peaceful but with all we needed in walking distance. The information pack gave good details of local places and we had fun just looking to see what was around.A special thank you to Kate for making us feel so welcome, it was very much appreciated

What a wonderful little gem this place is. From the minute I arrived I felt at home here. As a single female traveller one of the things I am most concerned about is safety and security. From my arrival, the host Kate made me feel so comfortable and right at home. The villa is clean, fully self-contained and has everything you need. My friends were staying close by and I was happy to see them but could retreat back to my own space when I needed. The pool was delightful and refreshing, perfect to cool down when I was reading outside. This really made my stay in Zakynthos so wonderful, I cannot wait to go back. If you are thinking of staying here, do it. You wont regret it.Also Kate was so warm and friendly, I enjoyed chatting to her. All in all a 5 star stay. Thanks Kate!!!
