"We have been staying at this hotel off and on over 4 years now and we frel we have a second home, very well located for travelers, clean and calm, nice and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant that offer fresh and delicious food in terms of both value fo money and quality of food. Well-equipped for the price level. "Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . "

"The reception was very very poor. Lack of professional approach. Lack of amenities and poorly managed. Property is excellent. "

"The property is new and nicely furnished but not well maintained. The apartment smelled of mold and we had to stay a full day without water because they needed to clean the pipes. Shame the property has a lot of potential, restaurants and shops near by and an amazing Mountain View"
