"It is a very large room perhaps more than 350 sqft. If the room size was not posted in the app please do because it makes a huge advantage. It gives lots of light through to the big windows. Elevator is a plus. Beautiful room. Super large smart TV. Location is in the center of attractions and fantastic restaurants. I wish there is a console/ bench does not need to be expensive, in distressed condition might give more character to the room and be by the end of the bed or under the TV for guests to set the suitcase on since there are lots of open spaces in these areas but I have to keep two suitcases on the floor. More area rug to cover the worn wood floor would be nice. The shower might need a flat shelf that hold the provided tiny soap/body wash bottles. Host is awesome, very attentive, sends restaurant tips, contacts the airport drop off service for me that eases a lot of necessary tasks. The ads and the actual room are honestly true and of the high standards. The other apt hotels I stayed in this Croatia trip were over claimed and extremely tiny or in the distressed neighborhoods. Very appreciated. Highly recommend this property."

"Kula's one bedroom apartment was well-organized and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We booked 3 apartments and all were quite comfortable and quite spacious with plenty of storage. The combined living room/kitchen area allowed us to relax after a long holiday in Croatia. We appreciated the close proximity to downtown where we explored independently and did a food and drink tour of Old Town. Restaurants we enjoyed were Oranz for brunch and late night desserts, then Batak for dinner which was great food for a great price. We highly recommend this accommodation and are thankful for the detailed description of the hotel and area we received from the host prior to our visit. He also responded quickly to questions we had before check-in. There was some mix up in the completion of our information form which was concerning but everything worked out in the end. Unfortunately, we arrived in a rain storm in the dark. Use google maps to locate Kula and walk left at Roots Juice and Cocktail Bar. It's right there but doesn't have any signage. Our Uber driver was unable to drive to Kula or on the main street at all. He dropped us at the corner and told us it was over there somewhere. We eventually found it and it was worth the trek."

The breakfast is good but no orange juice or apple juice. The coffee machine is broken so you need to ask staff to get a coffee. It costs 12 euros per person for breakfast ."
