"At at first glance the hotel room seemed great It had a double occupancy Jacuzzi in the room, using it is dangerous, no rubber mats in it or just outside on the polished tiles. This resulted in me slipping and falling twice whilst getting out of the Jacuzzi, injuring my back as per the photograph, when I for the reception staff to report my injuries and the negligence in not providing rubber mats they just dismissed it, as if it was normal.
The hotel had obviously been completely renovated in the recent past and they seem to have spent so much money on the main alterations but there had no money left for the basics.
