"Staff are nice and helpful, but that's where the good things stop. Do NOT stay here if you have children or are a female. The main issue is safety. - There are a lot of drugged-out people and homeless around the property. - Don't expect to sleep until around 1-2am until the police show up and kick out the domestic that's happening beside you. - The rooms are a bit dirty and are run down (live electrical wires, peeling bathtub, holes in the furniture)"

"The young lady checking us in got our rooms switched with another reservation. We were woken up at 11:30 PM when the other party tried to check in and had to go down to the front desk to sort everything out This was after traveling for 16 hours and having been up for 24. The pool was closed for maintenance which disappointed out daughter."

"Don’t waste your money there. Very noisy street right in front. Only thing to eat nearby was domino’s pizza or hot wings. Homeless people walking around asking for help. One staff member was a lady by the name of Anita was very nice, but an old white lady was very rude and disrespectful to me the whole week I was there. Very old motel so do expect nothing very nice. Btw … my prior review is showing 5 stars and that’s not true, someone change it from the 1 star I gave."

"El hotel cuenta con una excelente localización, muy cerca de un Starbucks y de diversos servicios comerciales. El personal de recepción fue sumamente amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, experimentamos algunos inconvenientes: nos asignaron una habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida sin haberla solicitado, y el servicio de limpieza se realiza únicamente bajo petición previa. Respecto al desayuno, es bastante sencillo; lamentablemente, nuestro último día hubo desabastecimiento de alimentos básicos como huevos, patatas y salchichas."
