Very good staff service in helping us check-in, order macdonalds (Vicky Yang) on our behalf, and helping us with luggage queries with Air China. Front counter however can be more proactive as i am left standing there for a few mins b4 i approach them.

Shangri-La Songbei, Harbin
The room are nicer in Songbei Shangri than Shangri Harbin . Much newer , bed are more comfortable .

The room was clean, staff was friendly, what i like most ia the convenient of ordering meitun, hotel has provide a china number that u can indicate and after delivery, the robot at the lobby will deliver the food to th room! Ao
