We really liked the outdoor hot spring, closeness to the Shirahama Beach, and the free shuttle service from and to the Shimoda station. We loved the dinner, too.

Absolutely lovely. Felt like I was staying with family. Quick walk to the gorgeous beach, next to a beautiful shrine, and a short walk from a delicious Ramen place. Not to mention the Onsen!!! What a magical experience it was to enjoy the outdoors and soak. And last but not least the breakfast! Felt like my mom made me lunch for the day.
Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful location, ocean front. We got the room with outdoor onsen ocean facing. The room was well maintained. The packaged meals (breakfast and dinner) were well prepared! Both my wife and I loved it! Would definitely come back!

The room was fantastic. We loved it. The beds were so comfortable and the view was so beautiful. We used the onsen and it was magical because we had a full moon. The bath products they have for the guests and the onsen user are the best smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash i have ever used in my 51 years. I donāt know if they sell it in town but if you are around look for them there because I think itās unique to the area. The front desk was so friendly, even though we didnāt know...

The view from the hotel is magnificent. The Japanese style rooms are spacious and quiet. I speak survival level Japanese, but there were a lot of communication problems so be ready to have your translator handy. Itās best to have a car to get around the shuttle service was hard to schedule and when returning from the station, they leave exactly at the hour they wonāt wait one minute for you during the crowded summer months you cannot get dinner served in your room so you have to eat and the...
