"Room cards wouldn't open door. Had to go back to office 3 times. Staff had to open door. AC good. Only sheets and cover on bed. One bed not made well. Room smelled like a mix of poop and meatloaf. People smoked right next to our door/AC. Did not stay. Went to Flagstaff."

"As a long-time Hilton member and frequent traveler, I have never been charged a fee when I left for anything in all my years of traveling. Today, when I received my bill, I was charged a $150 cleaning fee because there was “hair dye on the towels and carpet”. The problem is nobody dyed their hair. I’m thinking, if anything, it could be makeup or suntan lotion, but charging $150 for something that could be bleached is crazy. I’m a mother who walks the room before I leave and didn't see anything...
