Andy and staff at the Park Hotel Taipei were most accommodating, they went over and beyond to address all our requests. The check-in and check out processes were easy and speedy. This hotel is very clean and modern. It is located at the heart of the East side of the city, very convenient. The new lounge was comfortable and sleek. "If you are going to Taipei Dome or Arena I definitely recommend this hotel! A grand and magnificent building, even though it's a little aged but still gives you a lot comfy. I arrived very early after a long-haul intercontinental flight on a morning and they generously provided me a room to for early check-in and I had a very enjoyable and slow-paced morning. Thank you very much ILLUME Taipei! If I am going to Taipei next time, I will choose you again! "
