Loved this hotel find right by the lower river. It was quaint with a nice vibe in the main lobby that had a bar and tables outside to enjoy the view.

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

The area around the hotel seemed a bit creepy. Plus it was a long secluded walk from the parking garage age to the hotel.

I loved the Art Deco building. The rooms were huge, wonderful high ceilings, and had a separate sitting area with its own tv, and a fireplace in the bedroom. Will definitely stay there again.

The property was immaculate and the host were amazing!! The breakfast was delicious, we couldn't have been happier staying at the Butler House. Looking forward to staying there again when we visit the area for more hiking, walking and exploring!

This hotel is located at the prime location and it’s easily accessible to all attractions and lot of options for food and especially we don’t need a car to visit all surrounding areas within Niagara Falls state park

This hotel is within walking distance from the falls, but also just enough out of the crowd to let you have a peaceful stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff and easy parking on site. We left our car in the lot and just walked all thru the trip.

I like that there was a swimming pool that was clean and sanitized. The reception desk staff were professional and friendly.

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

Clean, comfortable room, great staff, fabulous pool and so close to so many things. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

Our two-night stay was for a anniversary get-away during the off season. Everyone was super nice, and check in was easy. The hotel was quiet, and our very clean. I had requested a room with the view and mentioned our anniversary, and they went even further by giving us a room with a balcony, and had flower petals arranged on the bed. It was a great surprise! The bed was comfortable, rooms were cleaned everyday, and parking was easy. Everything we could want is either in walking distance, or...

Though around 30 minutes away from the falls, the hotel was very clean, had very friendly front desk person and good breakfast

This hotel was amazing! The staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful. Staying there was an amazing experience that will not be forgotten. The view from the 25th floor was spectacular.
