"Lovely secluded cabin with amazing sunrises on the lake. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Cozy and welcoming. Close to Galena but you feel like you are very secluded. Hope to stay again when we are in the area. "

"The one thing I will caution future guests about is breakfast. It’s one menu selection (there is no menu to choose from) for everyone every morning. So if you’re a picky eater or have lots of food sensitivities, this could be a real hassle. It is served in your room only, and delivery runs a bit on island time. So if you have timed plans in the morning, make sure to give yourself an extra half hour buffer to account for possible breakfast delays. Other than that, I had an absolutely fabulous stay. The fireplace in the room was my favorite feature. Bed and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud. Book a suite with river view if possible. The view is quite wonderful! I saw the inn keeper every day. He’s very friendly, talks to everyone, and truly wants you to have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend dinner at least once at the restaurant there. The food is exquisite! Keep in mind that lunch and snacks aren’t offered. Bring things from home, there’s a fridge and microwave in every room."

"Clean. Spacious and exactly what is listed in the description online. The area is perfectly located within walking distance of everything in t and very family friendly. My overall experience with the just Dan was extremely positive and friendly. I had a mix up with my booking dates and he wasn’t able to accommodate my other date and he went out of his way to help find something else in town. Overall really great experience and we were pleasantly happy with the accommodation."

"We found the tiny home exceptional, was stocked with everything needed and very clean. Host was friendly and answered any silly questions I had promptly. Spent relaxing evenings by the fire watching barges going through the locks. "
