"本來想租一間有露天溫泉的旅館，睇相見到有露天溫泉，價錢又合理，咪租囉，點知去到沒有露天溫泉只有一個室內大浴池很失望。"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"One of the few hotels in Tottori City that has parking on site. We enjoyed the city view and centric location, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars around. Breakfast was delicious and included local dishes. I would definitely come back again."

"Clean, friendly staff, big room we have been traveling Japan for awhile now and we are used to the small room no big deal but when we walk into our big room we were pleasantly surprised Not only did we pay a good price for the room it was big and clean Only problem was we did not stay longer 10/10"
