"The staff is amazing! Breakfast was great and delicious! Location is close to many restaurants & walking distance to the onsen. SPA is great too but we did not see the private SPAs. Overall a pretty good experience with this hotel."

"The onsen here is even better than most of the public onsens in the town. The hotel has lots of complimentary amenities like the lounge area with free massage chairs, soft drinks, sweets; foot massage machine. Their Japanese room for a family of 4 is quite spacious with a separate family area and sleeping area. The room also has a private garden. If you get the meals there, you get a private dining room and 10 course meal. Overall, we felt like we got the VIP treatment."

"The rooms are spacious and have a pretty view of the river though do not opt for the cot if you cannot get a triple Buffet is generous but does not change so recommend not prebooking food if staying more than one night. For breakfast and dinner it’s decent but to gets repetitious. Walkable to town but not central. Does have limited shuttle service. "
