"Our first room was not clean, the staff gave us a new room immediately. Our second room’s key would not work. We had to have security come with the master key twice to let us in. Super inconvenient after getting in super late after a concert. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful!"

"This place is very dated. The room smelled of tobacco smoke. The room was spacious but the bathroom was small. I asked the front desk person if it was safe to stay there because of the location and the appearance of the hotel. Hallways and elevators were hot but the room was cold."

"The staff was courteous and very helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. I found the property grounds quiet, we'll lit and safe. Overall, it was very pleasant stay."

"The room was clean. My only complaint I had was, we could not get the temperature at the right comfort zone to be able to sleep."

"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."
