"This is a good hotel. The staff is very helpful, breakfast delicious with incredible selection and the rooms comfortable. My only complaint: the bar is terribly overpriced. We learned that our first night. Later nights we noticed that no one is there. (Hint: walk 3 blocks to Ar+otek --- their bar & restaurant are much more reasonable with local live music many nights)."

"Absolutely an extraordinary hotel and experience at this beautiful accommodation. The hotel is very new, well designed, and constructed too. They take 'kid friendly' to the highest level of amazing experiences. But, also have meeting rooms for corporate events too. It's a masterpiece designed to cater to any needs. Quite frankly, all Customer Service areas treated me like royalty. Perfect care was provided from all team members, especially from Cantika, Mala, and Vikki who went well beyond just...

"Room ok for size, clean, very noisy area, pool access limited to two broken ladders so no exiting pool if you are old, also pool area very slippery if wet"
"Small part of villa, with your own entrance. Not private, all windows were watching the inner yard. Very old, and your morning will start about 4 am, because of imam calling everyone. 10 min walk to Prambanan. Host really trying to help when can. Just remember it is not a hotel."

good location in Malioboro, great service at the desk, clean room tho small (not a problem for us) nice bathroom with good hot shower! walkable to many attractions. only thing i will say was the breakfast was very local style, we didn’t love it as westerners. so if there’s an option for room without breakfast for slightly cheaper maybe go with that! however, they obviously can’t cater to anyone and it was a nice touch that they even had the option! just maybe a way to save a few $. overall an...

We spent 2 nights at the Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel and loved it! It was a convenient place to stay for a morning Borobudur Temple tour (only ~15 min to the temple by Grab taxi). The entire property was lovely - from the spacious rooms to the beautiful gardens surrounding it. Staff were very welcoming and always helpful when we had questions. Overall, I'd highly recommend it!
