"Communication was great, and the place was very clean. We weren't aware the home was a carriage house. This fact wasn't included in the description or photos. It ended up working out for us despite our expectation that it was a single-family home. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi was insufficient for a large group that the home is intended for. We all had to turn off Wi-Fi on our phones and the tv still continued buffering during family movie night. We would also recommend dishcloths in the kitchen. Overall, it was very quiet, comfortable and a great stay."

"Overall it was very clean and we were pleased. there was going to be six of us but only four of us came. The only problem is you really can't sit outside on the deck as the chairs should be thrown away. You really can't sit in them. There was a lack of forks. Luckily I had brought plastic forks even though we usually don't cook."
