"Family room with good space for 4, if you don't mind the bunk bed for kids. At least now in the summer time very peaceful surroundings. Absolutely best part was the excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Good value for money. And of course we like Levi much!"
"The staff was super nice. They really helped me out answered every question. I had help me find some things that I really love to do here in Levi. I was only there one night, but I wanna go back to their lounge. It's really pretty there. They have wonderful art everywhere Local and some local authors with plenty of books that you can just pick up and read. From the airport, I took a flight from Helsinki straight to Levi and there was a bus there that only cost about $10 to take me directly to my hotel and that was very convenient. Right there at the hotel there's a really nice restaurant you can sit inside or out the weight. Staff was also very nice and help me to find things to do while I was here so you just have to ask the people and they're super friendly. There's some really nice steps right near the Burger King or behind the Burger King that you can step up. It's like 776 steps to go to the top of the Ski area where you can get a cheesecake and a coffee and then there's a little museum which I'm just about to go to about the Sami. It's called Sami land."
"Generally a good hotel, well located for accessing Levi and the slopes.
The 'premium' breakfast was good, although not amazing, and the spa/pool complex was a nice bonus, although we only made use of it once.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurants (specifically the pizza one) were excellent.
Unfortunately we experienced noisy guests in the rooms on both sides of us, which we had to complain about.
As for the family room we had, it was bright and clean, although the steep stairs to the mezzanine were treacherous, and the bathroom layout could have been better.
All in all, we had a good stay that was marred by thoughtless guests in other rooms."
"The best part of our Lapland trip was staying at this house. It truly had everything we could have wished for — a sauna, beautiful snowy surroundings, peaceful forest views, fully equipped kitchen, and even drying machines, which were extremely useful.
The two-bedroom layout was excellent. One of the bedrooms, located under the roof, offered a stunning view of the aurora — such a magical experience. The kota was also a lovely highlight, especially on the night we went out and were lucky enough to see the northern lights.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet still convenient if you have a car and want to go into the town center.
Breakfast was simple but good, and we really enjoyed our easy mornings over the four nights we stayed. The kids especially loved the sledges provided — they had so much fun playing in the snow.
We would absolutely love to come back again!"
"Great location, comfy beds, lovely helpful staff. (Whilst the apartment was clean - none of the crockery was. We had to wash all the dirty plates, cups and glasses when we arrived which was a bit frustrating as it didnt all fit in the dishwasher.)
Lots of storage, great space for a family for a week! This was our second stay, and we would book again. "
