"Family of four stayed here for one night before international flight back home. Needed to be at Airport by 7AM so glad we made this reservation and only 15 mins away vs an hour away from Taipei. The hotel included shuttle transportation. Definitely check in w front desk if you need shuttle. Clean and spacious rooms."

"Staff was very rude during check-in and rushed through the entire process refusing to elaborate on answering our questions. Upon entering the room, the non-smoking room smelled smokes and very humid. The floor was not maintained well with old carpets. After a few minutes, we realized the air conditioning was not working. When we asked to move to a different room, the staff said the air-conditioning issue affected the entire hotel building and only offered to send a fan to our room. We sweated...
