"My daughters and I spent a couple of days at this hosteria and thoroughly enjoyed it. The building is nested in the foot of the beautiful mountains surrounded by tropical vegetation. The premises are well kept and have been remodeled in 2017. There is a really nice spa and the staff is super friendly. "When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty.
