The GM was hands on - a born matural for hospitality industry. Resort itself is well designed and maintained. The only jarring note was loud music that started in the mornings soon after the really pleasant and calming classical music"

But don’t book this through Hotels.com because Siddhanta Manor claims that they haven’t listed their place in Hotels.com at all, due to which the reservation made wasn’t found with them.. This caused too much of a confusion but fortunately we had a room available.. "

The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and cooperative, always eager to make our stay more comfortable. "Can’t say enough good things about Rosetta, its excellent staff and superior food and ambience. Nestled amidst a 100 acre coffee estate, this resort has high standards in guest experiences. We had great breakfast, lunch and fantastic massages and scrub at the spa. They feed you non-stop at breakfast, lunch and high tea and you can work it off walking their beautiful property. Minor feedback for the outdoor shower, which is fantastic, but doesn’t have soap nearby. The quality of toilet paper could be better. Overall one of the best experiences we have had in all our travels."

"We had an amazing and comfortable stay at Hong Sau Resort, and it delivered more than what it promised. The landscape around the resort is surreal and allows plenty of space to move around nature and explore. We opted for the Breakfast Buffet, and the spread was quite satisfying and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ansan, Sanjay, and Darshan for their constant support, prompt assistance, and for going the extra mile to make our stay genuinely memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"The approach road is really bad and the rooms have asbestos sheets as roofs so if it rains, you can hear the water dripping all night. The food is really good and tastes homely."
