"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered...

"Stayed here for 2 nights with a stop over in Nagoya. It was quiet and cozy, but we could only get a twin room, and the floor is wood so the beds did split apart through the night. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Spot is near the train station too."

"Having traveled many times in Japan, this hotel really surprised me. The hotel facilities are quite old and not clean enough. My child was also bitten by a strange bug and had several large red rashes on his leg. Getting around is convenient, and that's the only advantage. I hope the hotel can improve the environment and upgrade its services."
